Whenever you can get a session — it's a small, limited-capacity operation (5 people standard, 8 for an exclusive private hire), so book ahead.

Nearest facilities

Very limited — this is remote Jura. Craighouse (the nearest village, home to Isle of Jura Distillery) has the island's shop and pub if the session's based there; otherwise there's nothing on site beyond the sauna itself.

What to bring

Swimwear and your own towel (or hire one for £4) — "come sauna ready," as there are no changing facilities.
